The Horse Show Office will close each evening at 7:00 PM until after the last class. Phone 502-895-5252 beginning Sunday, June 5, 2011. Office will close Tuesday - Friday 1:00 PM until 4:00 PM
POST ENTRIES
Entries at the regular fee must be postmarked no later than MAY 17, 2011. POST ENTRIES will be accepted at the regular entry fee plus $10 per horse up to TWO HOURS before the session entered. FOR ENTRIES MADE ONE (1) HOUR OR LESS BEFORE THE SESSION THERE WILL BE A POST ENTRY FEE OF $100.00. ENTRIES MAY BE FAXED. PLEASE NOTE AND OBSERVE THIS DEADLINE.
EXHIBITOR’S LOUNGE
Refreshments and dinner will be served each evening in the Club House starting at 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM. Dinner is catered and hosted by Silver Spoon. BOX SEATS

TRAINERS PURSE INCENTIVE
The trainers of winning entries on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday are eligible to win an additional $100 by simply signing the entry blank as trainer and MOST IMPORTANTLY entering by the deadline of May 17, 2011. The added $100 will be paid to the trainer and cannot be used towards any balance the trainer may have with the horse show.
