HORSE SHOW OFFICE

The Horse Show Office will close each evening at 7:00 PM until after the last class. Phone 502-895-5252 beginning Sunday, June 2, 2013. Office will close Tuesday - Friday 1:00 PM until 4:00 PM

POST ENTRIES

Entries at the regular fee must be postmarked no later than MAY 14, 2013. POST ENTRIES will be accepted at the regular entry fee plus $10 per horse up to TWO HOURS before the session entered. FOR ENTRIES MADE ONE (1) HOUR OR LESS BEFORE THE SESSION THERE WILL BE A POST ENTRY FEE OF $100.00. ENTRIES MAY BE FAXED. PLEASE NOTE AND OBSERVE THIS DEADLINE.

EXHIBITOR'S LOUNGE

Refreshments and dinner will be served each evening in the Club House starting at 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM. Dinner is catered and hosted by Silver Spoon.

BOX SEATS

Box Seats may be ordered on the entry blank or by calling Scarlett Mattson (270-547-2407) or Beth Snider (502-348-0831). Please order box seats prior to the start of the show.
